Job description:
 

• Planning and managing the company's financial strategy

• Analysis of financial indicators and budget optimization

• Preparation and presentation of financial reporting to management and shareholders

• Interaction with banks, financial institutions, and investors

• Management of the accounting team and financial department

Requirements for the Candidate:

​

• Education: Economic, financial, or accounting higher education

• Work experience: from 5 years in leadership positions in the financial sphere

• Deep understanding of financial processes and tools

• Ability to interact with shareholders and investors

• Knowledge of tax legislation of the Baltic countries

• Language proficiency: Latvian and English. Russian will be an advantage

• Having a driver's license would be a significant bonus

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon to Fri from 9:00 to 17:00

• Salary: 2200 EUR net per month

• Salary is paid twice a month
