Our client, well established international Investment bank is looking for Analyst/Associate to join their team in Munich.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) within a reputable financial institution or law firm.

• Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions from inception to closure, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiation support.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and valuation assessments to support decision-making processes.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and legal advisors.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in the M&A domain.
