Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Private Equity Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and a passion for investments, with the ability to analyze, evaluate, and execute complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

​

• Conduct detailed industry research and financial analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.

• Perform due diligence on prospective investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market assessment.

• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of transactions.

• Monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies.

• Collaborate with management teams to implement operational improvements and growth strategies.

• Participate in the development of investment theses and presentations for the investment committee.

• Engage in various aspects of portfolio management, including quarterly reviews and exit strategies.

Qualifications:

​

• Fluent in Dutch

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related field. Prior experience in private equity is a plus.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
